Collin's Resume

At TopBloc, I achieved certifications in Workday Integrations, Workday HCM, and Workday E2E (end-to-end) testing. I handle integrations for a variety of customers, many of whom are Fortune 500 companies, and I am involved in all stages of implementation and execution. In addition to the technical skills I demonstrate in this role, I also utilize excellent interpersonal skills for effective customer communication.

I was lucky enough to manage the School of Rock in Elmhurst for over ten years, passing on my love of music and self expression. In managing the 700K plus annual revenue business, I juggled dozens of employees, hundreds of customers, and a number of guitar cables being improperly wrapped. I increased revenue by over 50%, increased customer retention by over 25%, and most importantly I helped kids fall in love with rock and roll.

Prior to working at School of Rock, I was a special education aide. I began at Urbana Middle School and subsequently transitioned to Urbana High School. My responsibilities included developing IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) and lesson plans, as well as overseeing the educational progress of children with diverse learning, mental, emotional, or physical disabilities.
